Help

How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

If you are a non-member order, please make note of the order number and authorization number (when you pay your card) in Step 6. However, if you are a member, it will be saved automatically.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit Card (Eximbay)
- PayPal

Shipping

  • Shipping Method : Registered Shipping (Express)
  • Shipping Area : A Region.
  • Shipping Rate : Conditional Free : $15 will be charged for shipping, if your order amount is less than $100.
  • Delivery Time : 3 - 7 days
  • Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
    Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

    - Customs and Duties

    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes.
    Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them.
    In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped.
    Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchange
In the case of replacement / size exchange due to simple remorse, please return the purchased product and purchase a new one.

Return period
- Within 7 days from the receipt date (shipping cost: paid by the customer)
- Product defects, miscellaneous goods: Within 3 months from the date of receipt, within 30 days from the date of receipt of the fact (shipping: free of charge)

Instructions for exchange and return

In the following cases, the exchange / return may be rejected despite the period of exchange / return according to the [E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act].

- In the case of swimwear, there is no sanitary tape
- Removing, separating, or damaging the label in the product.
Items that have already been laundered and worn (items that have been washed and worn even if the product is defective can not be exchanged / returned)
- If the value of the product has decreased significantly enough to make it difficult to resell over time
- For products that are produced individually according to your order
- Sale Items, Not Replaced / Not Returned Notification Items - If there is no stock in exchange, only refunds can be processed
- If the packaging of a product that can be reproduced is damaged

If the goods received exchange correspond to the reasons above, we will return the product again.
In this case, you have to bear the return cost.

Return process

1. Please request return by  1: 1 Q & A board or customer center (070-8615-2227).
2. Please repack the product exactly as it was received.
3. Please return it to the address below as "prepaid".
- Address: # 1036 "TOV" # 201, Wangsan-ro 4 Donghwa Building, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul
4) After the goods receipt is completed, we will refund the money within 3 ~ 5 days after inspection.

* If the product is defective, please send it by "cash on delivery".

Refunds

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.

Other

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
